Generalist and highly intuitive game UpStrat will highly mark participants by demystifying the strategic management of a small-and-medium sized company. Handling the systemic approach without “drowning” the participant in complexity is the acknowledged ambition of this business game.

  The multi product and multi market context offers real possibilities of strategic decision taking. Objectives are quantified and reviewed during annual management reviews.

  The simplified production management provisions cover major topics such as stock management, investments, production planning…
sales - logistics management
  The product mix is designed in a balanced and pragmatic way: quality / price ratio and notoriety constitute the main expectations of customers. Companies develop the product distribution network in each country.
