StratiRAC
Piloting a small-and-medium sized company is not easy. StratiRAC highlights operational management by fostering cooperation within a group and competition between teams. As the most accomplished and complex model StratiRAC is a wonderful detector of aptitude and competence.

Top 

strategy
  The take over of the company requires a strategic audit outlining strengths and weaknesses. Teams have to respond to the need for reorientation with a new positioning and budgetary priorities.
marketing
  In a difficult environment market studies constitute an important source of competitive and economic information. Understanding customer expectations is fundamental.
realization
  The production manager has to comply with the constraints of time (working capacity of operators and management) and supply of raw materials. Maintenance of production lines influences the availability of the production tool.
sales - logistics management
  The product mix is highly developed (price, advertising, quality and technology…). The sales manager manages his/her sales team and negotiates when applicable the delivery of products.
administrative and financial management
  The model is exhaustive regarding management topics (cash flow planning, calculation of production costs, accounting tables, ratios)… Financial tools are handled in a simplified but comprehensive manner (discounting, investments, loans).
progress - improvement
  Improvement is finely modelized under three angles: environment, quality and research and development. The model integrates the issue of industrial property (patents and licenses).
human resources
  The human resources manager manages personnel (levels and pay) and performs collective and individual management tasks (training, promotions, bonuses). The social climate reflects the satisfaction of staff and compliance with acceptable working conditions.

Inter-company relationships (subcontracting, granting of licenses, requalification of personnel…) and negotiations initiated by the moderator (worker representatives, suppliers, bankers, shareholders…) provide an additional dimension.
